Our nationally recognized law firm offers our clients a full range of defense litigation and proudly represents numerous professionals, businesses, financial institutions, and insurance companies. As we grow our team, we are looking for an Associate Attorney.

The Associate will handle a variety of complex professional liability claims, including but not limited to defending lawyers, accountants, architects and engineers and insurance agents. The associate will also work on securities litigation claims before FINRA Dispute Resolution and the AAA, and Directors and Officers litigation in state and federal court.

Who You Are:

Admitted to Practice in California
Juris Doctorate Degree from an Accredited Law School
1+ Years of Experience

What You Will Be Doing?

Associate responsibilities include representation of clients in legal proceedings, including but not limited to conducting research, drafting pleadings, discovery and various motions, taking and defending depositions, handle court hearings, communicating with clients regarding case strategy, and participating in mediation and trials.
