Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The Associate Attorney will assist in various legal matters, primarily focusing on litigation, while providing quality legal representation to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and filing legal documents
Conduct legal research and analysis
Represent clients in court and during hearings
Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy
Maintain client communication and manage case files
Stay updated on relevant laws and legal developments

Qualifications

2+ years of general defense litigation - ALL legal backgrounds will be considered
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active state bar license
Strong litigation skills and experience
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in personal injury and insurance defense is a plus
