Blow Mold Operator

Position Overview
The Blow Mold Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic products. The operator will ensure that production runs efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate blow molding machines for production runs
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality
Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns
Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
Follow safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment
Document production data and machine performance for reporting purposes

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience operating industrial equipment, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge of quality control standards and practices
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work in a production line environment and meet production goals
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
