Requirements: 5+ years of civil sitework experience, residential land development for a homebuilder is preferred but not required.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and coordinate various civil construction projects, focusing on residential construction and land development. The ideal candidate will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage residential (SFR & BTR) and commercial sitework/land development projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise during the construction phase.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to construction and land development.
Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and provide guidance to team members.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction, preferably in residential projects and subdivisions.
Strong knowledge of land development processes and regulations.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
