Project Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead our projects in the commercial printing and coatings industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project goals are met, on time and within budget, while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Ensure resource availability and allocation, and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Provide direction and support to project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial printing or coatings industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
