Position Overview
From the beginning to the end of a project, the Commercial Roofing Foreman will be in charge of managing and directing roofing teams. This include managing crew personnel, making sure safety regulations are followed, upholding excellent craftsmanship, and effectively interacting with project managers and superintendents. The ideal applicant will possess a wealth of commercial roofing expertise, strong roofing technical skills, leadership abilities, and a dedication to producing outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews on commercial projects.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
Manage material inventory and coordinate deliveries for roofing projects.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Foreman in commercial roofing projects.
Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.
OSHA certification and relevant safety training.

Salary: $55k-$75k Depending on Experience
