Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will lead the finance team, manage budgeting and forecasting processes, and contribute to strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, and implement effective internal controls.
Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct financial analysis to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
Monitor and control costs to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Supervise the accounting team and provide guidance on financial matters, including construction accounting and contract management.
Identify and mitigate financial risks through effective risk management strategies.
Collaborate with project managers to provide financial insights on ongoing projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and accounting principles.
Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
