Position Overview: Our AV-rated civil litigation firm is seeking a dedicated Construction Defect Defense Attorney to join our Tampa office. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of construction defect defense litigation experience and/or 2+ years of commercial litigation experience. This role involves the preparation of pleadings and discovery for defending construction defect and commercial litigation cases, handling hearings, and taking and defending depositions.
