We are seeking an exceptional corporate attorney to join our renowned practice group. This pivotal role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in handling complex transactions and providing comprehensive corporate representation to a diverse clientele encompassing emerging startups and established multinational corporations from Venture Financing and IP to M&A and Business Formations.

Requirements:

Must currently be barred in MA
3-8 years of experience
2+ years of experience in any of the following: M&A, Corporate Finance & Securities, Joint Ventures, Intellectual Property, etc.
Demonstrated proficiency in drafting and negotiating complex agreements, contracts, and legal documents
A proven track record of successfully managing and closing high-stakes transactions independently
