Requirements: 7+ years of building maintenance and repair experience / 3+ years of supervisory experience / Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols / Ideal candidate would have experience as a General Contractor

Position Overview
The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of the building facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment for all employees. This role involves managing a team of maintenance staff, coordinating building systems, and implementing maintenance procedures to enhance operational functionality.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for all building systems and facilities.
Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure the optimal performance of building systems.
Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.
Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repair work and services.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inventory, and equipment status.

Qualifications

Proven experience in building repair and maintenance.
Previous supervisory experience in a facilities management role.
Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations in a facility environment.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
