Location: OC or LA County - anywhere in the two counties

We are employee-owned environmental consulting firm specializing in Environmental Health, Safety, and Sustainability services. We have locations across Southern California, we serve a wide range of industries, providing solutions in industrial hygiene services (IH assessments, indoor air quality assessments and microbial growth investigations), environmental compliance and air emissions, asbestos and lead surveys and monitoring, sustainable practices, and safety training. If you have an interest in EHS and Operational Performance projects and general safety and industrial hygiene projects, then this role is for you. What You Will Be Doing: As an IH Consultant, you will work directly with clients and prospects to understand their challenges and deliver tailored solutions. You will also cultivate and grow relationships with clients, prospects, subconsultants, and vendors. You will work on safety performance improvement, program development, and safety culture projects, as well as field and remote safety and industrial hygiene consulting.

What You Need:

A bachelor's degree or higher in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution.
Experience in Environmental Health and Safety, with a preference for expertise in industrial hygiene and/or safety.
**Background in safety performance improvement, program development, and safety culture projects
Proficiency in identifying, evaluating, and controlling workplace hazards.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute industrial hygiene sampling strategies effectively.
Hands-on experience conducting various safety and health assessments.
A proven track record of creating and supporting EHS programs, either as a consultant or as part of an internal EHS team.

Bonus skills:

Relevant experience in industries such as higher education, life sciences, property management, and/or construction is highly desirable.
Exposure to or experience in selling EHS consulting services is an advantage.
Familiarity with Cal/OSHA regulations and industry standards such as AIHA, ANSI, ASHRAE, and NFPA.
