Marine Product Support Technician

Position Overview
The Marine Product Technical Support Technician is responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to customers and internal teams regarding marine products. This role focuses on troubleshooting, supporting product usage, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support to customers regarding marine products and services.
Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues in a timely manner.
Assist customers in understanding product specifications and usage.
Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and improve product functionality.
Conduct training sessions for customers and staff on product features and best practices.
Maintain detailed records of support interactions and solutions provided.

Qualifications

Proven experience in product technical support, preferably in the marine industry.
Strong understanding of marine products and their applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Technical certification in marine technology or related field is a plus.
