Title: Production Manager - Wide Format Digital Print Manufacturer
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89081 (North Las Vegas)
Salary: $100,000 - $110,000 + $10k-$15k Bonus + Relocation

Founded in 2001 we are a 350 employee designer, producer & wholesaler of wide format digital print products for a variety of retailers across the US. We are a visual communications company with the largest selection of solutions for trade shows, exhibits, retail environments, business meetings etc in the marketspace today. We have acquired a few new businesses since covid and are private equity owned with very strong financial backing as we continue to gain market share in the space. For our facility in Las Vegas we are targeting to hire an agile Production Manager (ideally with print / promotional product manufacturing experience) who can lead a team of 20-25 employees in a growing market sector and serve as a strong leader who can adjust in real time to our reactionary sales model.

What You Will Be Doing

Management responsibility for departments: Art Services, Printing & Cutting, Finishing & Sewing
Maintain production schedule & plan work accordingly for each shift
Daily involvement in Graphics production meetings
Understands sales budget & be responsible for maintaining profit margins within your control
Ensure we retain ISO 14001 environmental & ISO 9001 quality certifications
Maintains proper inventory levels for printing materials, inks, supplies & equipment
Creates & implement new Art Services, Printing & Cutting, Finishing & Sewing procedures
Responsible for hiring & training of new employees
Responsible for performance reviews, developing employees & offering career advancement
Responsible for training team on new products & procedures

What You Need for this Position4

Bachelors in Graphic Arts, Print Production etc (OR experience in lieu of degree)
5+ years as a production manager / supervisor in a manufacturing environment
Experience w/ large-format printer equipment & knowledge of UV printing processes, heat press & dye-sublimation printing is ideal
Ability to color calibrate machines is ideal
Knowledge of color management & color profiling is a plus
Software knowledge i.e. RIP software, Adobe Creative Suite & Microsoft Office
Ability to work in an agile environment where reactionary sales take place
Leader who knows how to scale, keep track of metrics & produce efficiently
