We are family-owned Heavy Civil General Contractor specializing in heavy civil public and private projects in the greater Phoenix area. We self-perform most of our work including roadway, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and site development. Due to demand and growth for our services, we are looking to add a project manager to the team!

- Managing and coordinating with Superintendents, Foremen, and Subcontractors.
- Being the liaison between owner representatives and field employees on all schedules, changes in scope of work, and conflict resolution.
- Making sure the job remains on track within the established job estimate.
- Assuring compliance with company safety policies and OSHA safety standards
- At least 3 years of experience in the Construction industry working in Heavy Civil, Grading, Underground Utilities, Concrete, Roadway, and Site Development
- Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Knowledge of HeavyBid and HCSS is a plus
- Project fiscal responsibility
- Strong oversight abilities
