Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter specializing in B2B Sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and selecting top talent in the B2B sales sector. The Recruiter will play a key role in driving our recruitment efforts and ensuring we have the best sales team in place to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and source candidates for B2B sales positions through various channels including cold calls, emails, and networking events.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit for the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective job descriptions.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Maintain a database of potential candidates and active applicants to streamline the recruiting process.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance recruiting strategies.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a recruiter, particularly in B2B sales roles.
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and terminology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to conduct cold calls and engage with potential candidates effectively.
Experience with various recruiting platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
