Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Senior to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing tax compliance and consulting projects for our clients, with a particular focus on the Oil & Gas industry. Your expertise will help clients navigate complex tax regulations and ensure they are in compliance while maximizing tax efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals and corporations.
Advise clients on tax strategies and implications of business decisions.
Conduct research on various tax issues and provide recommendations.
Assist with tax audits and represent clients before tax authorities.
Manage client relationships and communicate effectively to understand their needs.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
CPA certification is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
Strong knowledge of tax regulations, especially related to Oil & Gas industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
