Senior Full Stack Developer

Position Overview
We are a mission driven organization dedicated to serving our community through design and delivery of highly efficient code.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both front-end and back-end development, enabling them to design and implement scalable applications that meet our business needs.

This role requires a strong understanding of modern technologies and frameworks, as well as the ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Angular and Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Implement and manage efficient databases using SQL, ensuring data integrity and security.
Utilize AWS cloud services for application deployment and scalability.
Containerize applications using Docker and manage orchestration with Kubernetes.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Lead and mentor junior developers in best practices and development methodologies.
Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness by conducting thorough testing and evaluation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Expertise in the latest versions of Java, and Angular, in-depth experience with SQL, JavaScript.
Docker, and Kubernetes.
Experience with AWS services and cloud-based architecture.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on technical leadership.
