Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our Industrial Finishing Systems projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and industrial automation, focusing on delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring project milestones and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple industrial finishing system projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle to meet industry standards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to optimize project outcomes.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary to stay on track.
Manage purchasing of materials and equipment required for project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in project management within the industrial automation or manufacturing sector.
Proven expertise in quality control processes and documentation standards.
Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies and systems.
Ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
