Position Overview
As a Superintendent, you'll provide engineering and project support for our heavy highway construction projects. You'll need to maintain a thorough understanding of contract plans and specifications, including subcontracts and purchase orders, as well as our methods and practices. Ideal candidates will have engineering experience with bridge construction projects for owners such as IDOT and the IL Tollway.
Physcial Demands/Work Environment
In this role, you'll be required to be on-site and access all points of the construction site in various climates and environments. You'll be exposed to outside weather conditions as well as field office environments. Occasionally, you'll assist in transporting materials from our yard to the job site and work 2nd shift during construction stage/phase changes.
